I ran all this with my 5hp spindle running a 1/2' straight two flute bit. These pieces were test fit in the stand and the top half from the 1st pass fits in the holes in the stand whereas the bottom half does not due to the excess apparently. The offset on the one half radius isn't as dramatic but still there. I repeated this test with a female pocket toolpath on 1/2' ply doing a cut depth of. The other half for some reason had the first pass cut a different edge on the top. One half of the circle radius is smooth and correct all the way down the 1/2' depth. The two passes both ran a different shape on the circle. I tried running it as a pocket toolpath with two 1/4' passes on some 1' scrap I had. This will leave a 1/2' (approx) on the back side to fully hold an led light strip and edge light the panel.

Wanting to use 1' cell cast acrylic and pocket the whole piece (abt 10'x30') down a 1/2' with the exception of the bubbles which should fit through from the back. Working an in house 'creative' project and trying to add inset circles in through back of a 1/2' plywood stand. I have a Camaster Cobra 510 X3 running Vcarve Pro 7.5.
